Pilates Life Studio is the premier studio for Pilates Education and the home of respected Pilates Elder, Lolita San Miguel. All of our instructors have the highest caliber of training and Master Instructor, Danielle, teaches Lolita's Legacy distinguished Pilates Teacher Training Program. Each instructor has the ability to cater each exercise to the body they are teaching to create an efficient and effective workout exercise to suit every body type while maintaining the traditional genius of the method that Joe Pilates created.
We offer Private, Duet, Reformer and Tower Classes by appointment only Monday through Saturday. The class schedule can be found on the Practice page and is subject to change due to enrollment.

You will develop muscular power with corresponding endurance, ability to perform arduous duties, to play strenuous games, to walk, run or travel for long distances without undue body fatigue or mental strain.

Joseph Pilates was a genius well beyond his time, he didn’t just develop a brilliant approach to fitness that includes over 500 exercises; he also engineered all the equipment, specifications and tuning required to teach them properly. There is no debate that his original approach can work wonders when applied by a qualified instructor who understands how to develop and tailor a Classical Pilates workout specific to your body and capabilities. When applied correctly, it will make you look, feel and move better!
